
Kalisi Moli is a powerful back-row forward who brings size, athleticism, and consistent production to the Seattle Seawolves. Born in California and raised in Utah, he developed as a multi-sport athlete, earning High School All-American honors in rugby while also competing in football before playing Division I at Weber State.
Moli transitioned back to rugby through Utah’s pathway system and quickly rose through the ranks. He joined the Utah Warriors ahead of the 2024 season and made an immediate impact, earning Pathway Player of the Year honors in his rookie campaign.
Across two MLR seasons, Moli made 28 appearances with 17 starts, establishing himself as a reliable and physical presence. In 2025, he featured in all 16 matches, recording over 120 tackles and scoring his first MLR try, highlighting his work rate and consistency on both sides of the ball.
Known for his physicality, defensive presence, and ability to carry in tight spaces, Moli adds versatility across the back row. He joins the Seawolves for the 2026 season focused on continuing his growth and making an immediate impact within a competitive forward pack.
